The machine heads are of high quality and in excellent shape. The sound is full and resonant, with a truly impressive sustain. However, the guitars condition is as close to mint one can expect for its respectable age. The tuning is easy and precise.

The guitar is in excellent condition structurally and cosmetically. A rare-find Ibanez 2810 in excellent condition.

However, I admit that am not a wood expert and have been able to find any reliable documents would validate this model's technical specifications with full certainty. The guitar has a tight-grain solid top, most likely cedar. A very well constructed, high-end classical guitar made in japan. In my internet research I have found at least one assertion that this model has a solid maple back.

I would like to draw your attention the multi-layer head stock veneer and intricately designed gorgeous rosette, both indicating a high-end model. The 1st string is very bold and bell-like, with excellent separation of tones. Very comfortable to play. The guitar is elegant.

Important note: standard or economy shipping within continental us. I am not a guitar expert but will do my best to answer any questions - please feel free ask. The instrument would satisfy many advanced classical guitarists.

There are few very minor nicks that one can find when looking closely. 3mm on the 6th string at 12th fret - please see image with ruler. Dates back most likely to 1970s. Moreover, there is plenty of room left on the saddle to reduce string height further.

The guitar has a Spanish neck profile slightly thinner with full- width nut.
