This does not include the packing. The total weight is 12 pounds. There is no detectable separation of the wood.
The numerous small cracks run in Direction of grain on body but neck, mostly near base, they cross. Your opinion may be Different. That said, please be advised this is an as offering.
The finish on most of surfaces is crazed. The finish on sides and back has a slightly milky appearance, front, not so much. Around the sides of body cracks are numerous in some areas but few other.
The hard case is in good condition with only minor damage to fabric covering. One tear on the back, about an inch long, is worst. I will try to accommodate you.
I am, by no means, qualified to appraise the condition of this or any other guitar but here is what have observed. The top has only a few cracks in finish but they are long. On the back of body, cracks in finish are numerous over entire surface.
The strings are shot. A wonderful old guitar, but it does have few condition issues. They may not include all defects, nor are a guarantee.
There are several chips in the finish around edges, they appear to be flaked off, wood underneath does not look damaged. The case is 42 inches long 17 wide 7 deep. They seem to me be only in the finish but it is hard sure.
