Theres a scuff on the side near bottom see pic. The bigger issue is that theres a seam crack down front, from just below sound hole to bottom of guitar, see pics, and I think it starting cause little bit sinking in top, between bridge sound hole, but action pretty good, for classical, if was repaired cleared, would most likely arrest sinking, which very slight, anyway. The body is double bound, and back has a nice set of book matched pieces with an inlaid seam up middle. The guitars in pretty good shape, but it is used, and has usual normal wear.

There is some separation along the top seam of back guitar near neck heel see pics. I m going with the spruce and china guesses, but really don't know. I think, repeat, that its made in china and has a spruce top rosewood back sides, but did find one online at an offer house said was japan had cedar. The bridge looks like rosewood too.

The only other thing I want to mention is that Fender name not on head stock. The action rises a bit in higher frets, but theres ton of room on saddle, so OTB super easy to sand that down lower frets. The neck also has a nice inlay along its length . I don't know much about this instrument, but from what ve been able to determine, Fender only made them for one year, 1987, so m assuming that's the age of.

Maybe someone out there can help me id the wood and country of origin. The only identifier is paper label pasted inside. You'll probably want to throw a new set on her. I've heard this is common among Fender classical's.

There is also a smaller crack on the bass side of top, parallel to fret board where joins body see pics. Guitar comes with a chipboard case that fits it pretty well, Andes missing couple of strings.
