Anselmo Solar Gonzales No.296 1991. Back Sides: Solid Latin America Rosewood/ lacquer. Because of the reddish colored and somewhat cloudy finish covering back and side plates, it is hard to be sure what exactly species Latin America rosewood. Latin America b/s adds extra color sand lyricism to its mystique tonality.

I don't know why only traces of Anselmo's signature remain on the label. Anselmo Gonzales is a highly regarded Luther among Madrid guitar makers. What may seem to a frightened mind to be the crack in the soundboard near seam below bridge is nothing but cracked wrinkle original finish. Although it shows some signs of use, the overall condition this guitar can be described as very good for its age.
