It has a handle and double shoulder straps on the back. I promise to pack her carefully.
No sales outside continental us. It has been kept in a smoke free home. It produces a truly amazing sweet mellow sound.
Also the applause heel did not fully cover the hole made to fit the larger wood en heel. Also a zippered pocket on the top. But it is there.
You can play in the rain. It is included in the listing. It has a plastic top with plastic bracing and a plastic back. Now it certainly cannot compare to all solid wood quality guitars.
No big deal for an outdoor guitar, on the back anyway. But it is better sounding than many wood guitars. I do not include any expense for shipping material, time, labor, transport, etc. The guitar uses classical or light gauge steel strings.
The only wood on it is the bridge.
Have a great day. I tried to show it, but was not able to get the pictures to show it very well. An interesting different guitar.
I put an Ovation applause neck on it because it has a composite neck with an aluminum fret board on it. The guitar has the original Ovation body. Ovation academy guitar virtual water proof guitar this is a very rare unusual guitar.
I did that and when gluing the bridge back on got some glue on the top. The local ups dealer has several up charges for everything and is very difficult to work with, so ups is not available.
I owe my girlfriend some money, so I am selling a couple of guitars and a couple of amps you might want to check that out. No worry about keeping this guitar in a humidity controlled environment.
But for those of you who might want to restore the guitar to original, I am including both necks. The original neck is wood, but the end of the heel is broken off. The guitar is actually in pretty good shape, excepting for the notations above.
Actually they are made of the same material as helicopter blades. The applause does not intimate properly up the neck, but works well within those first few frets for campfire and high humidity conditions out doors.
Not gross and I never notice it, but there. I have provided several great, close up, well lite pics to help you to make your decision. I had 2 of these guitars, but repaired the other broken heel and sold the first one years ago. All virtually water proof.
The lightly foam padded soft case is in quite good condition.. I kept this one as an outdoor guitar.
Leave it to Ovation.
