The action is currently at body with saddle left and plays incredible from one end of board to other. The back and sides of guitar are also in very good condition, but does show some buckle wear scratching see pics. Make sure you view all of the pics, and ask questions if have any concerns before buying. Heres the run down: this 1972 Alvarez by kazuo Yairi is in very good vintage condition overall, plays sounds great and best bang for buck you'll find.
It will have marks and flaws from moving around age, but still a good usable original case with no issues.
No surprises with this sale. The top is in very nice shape, flat and a tight bridge. No cracks, breaks, changes or repairs to note. This guitar does not need a thing.
The original frets show minor wear and are not in need of attention anytime soon see pics. Please scroll down for more hi-def pics. The guitar plays perfectly up and down finger board.
Please review all pics for the true cosmetic condition after reading this. It is vintage and used, but still in nice shape for a year old guitar please see all pics its true cosmetic condition. This Yairi 5049 is a great playing and sounding guitar.
The included original case is also in good shape. The original hardware is still in good condition see pics. The neck head stock are in very good shape without issue, but do have some minor flaws here and there pictured. The guitar overall will have marks, scratches and or light scuffs here there, but still very respectable.

Everything operates as it should, and has never had, nor does have any breaks or repairs unless noted above.
