Details:
The fret board is Granada and rosewood was used for the head plate and bridge. The sound is complete with sweet highs, balanced Midas nice lows. It is in the front just above the waist, safely right above the bracing.
It plays very easily and sounds very good to me. The back and neck appear to have no marks on them at all as far as I can see, like new.
Of frets 2 scale length so it is stable with virtually zero risk. There is one small crack, visible in a couple of the pics. The guitar has been kept in a humidity controlled environment as long as I have owned the instrument.
Have a great day. The top however has a few marks of being played, with as few scratches and dings, nothing major. No sales outside continental us.
Alvarez classical guitar this is a very nice guitar. That beautiful solid mahogany back coupled with the solid spruce top produces a truly amazing sweet mellow sound. A great way to get an awesome solid wood classical guitar for a fraction of it value. It has a solid spruce top and a solid mahogany back and neck.
I can play classical better on this than any other I have ever tried.

It is full, balanced, focused, resonant, harmonic and a little punchy, yet mellow. I do not include any expense for shipping material, time, labor, transport, etc.
The Alvarez matching soft case is nearly new. The guitar has the original classical body with the traditional 2 inch top nut.
The local ups dealer has several up charges for everything and is very difficult to work with, so ups is not available.
