Guitars have become either commodity or collectable. It is excellent for a person who between 4'2 and 4'10, or larger just wants smaller instrument perhaps when one travels. The tuners stay in tune.

That was my biggest concern. Compare prices with any imports or domestics out there and Essex beats them by forty dollars more if you figure in the solid-wood body thru-body bridge.
