The frets are well fitted and smooth showing almost no use as is fret board. The body is in mint condition.

The mc1000s ebony fingerboard is our finest. In 2008 this was one of Alvarez's most expensive classical guitars made by the finest Luther's japan using exclusive design plans for model, not basic generic followed many builders. This would make a very nice intermediate instrument to move up.

Comes with the custom Alvarez case that came guitar which is in excellent condition a hygrometer. I bought it new in 2008 and have played less than 25 hours. Projection is excellent and plays to the hand.
